Droones may process personal data about you because you use our services, or because you provide it yourself when you fill in a contact form on our website. This can include your first and last name, your address details, your phone number, your email address and your IP address.
We process your personal data to call you when you ask us to, and to reach you in writing (by email or post) if we cannot reach you by phone.
We may also use your personal data to carry out an agreement we have made with you.
We keep your personal data no longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. If no agreement is made with you, we keep your data for no longer than one year.
We only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary to carry out an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Our website records general visitor data, including the IP address of your computer, the time of the request and the data your browser sends. We use this data to analyse visits and click behaviour, so we can improve how the website works. This data is anonymised as far as possible and is not shared with third parties.
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our website and how effective our Google Ads advertisements are on Google search result pages.
The information collected, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Read Google’s privacy policy for more information.
Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide us with reports about the website and to give its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may share this information with third parties if it is required to do so by law, or where these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have no influence on this.
We have not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through Droones for other Google services.
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Send your request to info@droones.io. We respond as soon as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. Our website uses an SSL certificate to make sure your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
