Why before the end date

Damage found too late is yours to pay

Most turbines come with a warranty or service agreement from the manufacturer. Damage that is documented before it ends can usually still be claimed. Damage found afterwards often comes at your own cost.

We inspect all blades, and the LPS if you want, well before the end date. Every finding is located, sized and placed in one of five severity classes. Because we do not repair, the report is independent: a solid basis for your discussion with the manufacturer.

An independent record

We only inspect. Our findings carry no commercial interest in the repair.

The complete picture

All four sides of every blade, with each finding located, sized and placed in one of five severity classes.

Time to follow up

Inspect well before the end date, so there is room to discuss findings and have repairs done.

Our process

How we work

From the first check to a report you can take to the manufacturer.

Wind park seen from the air before an inspection

Step 1

Quick scan

We check the park, the surrounding airspace and the risks before a date is agreed. You get a go or no-go up front, not a surprise on the day.

Step 2

Automated flight

The rotor is stopped once and both inspections are flown in the same window, around 40 minutes per turbine. LiDAR recognises the blade, holds the distance and logs the exact position of every frame.

Step 3

Report

Every defect located, sized and placed in one of five severity classes. You view the photos and findings in your own online portal and plan repairs on facts.

Plan it well before your warranty end date.
